Plot
Why is “the perfect life” the most difficult life to live? Mario Tirelli doesn’t know. A surgeon who has attained fame, wealth, and success,
he suddenly decides to leave for Africa to assist his life-long friend Luca Manzi. Luca Manzi doesn’t know. He came to Africa years ago to set up a hospital, leaving behind everything, as well as a few things he didn’t understand. And above all, Ginevra – the woman they met together, but who, as fate would have it, became Mario’s wife – doesn’t know.
Three friends, three opposing visions of the world, three lives that have become terribly complicated.
Love is not what it seems. Good is not what it seems. Evil does not seem to be what it is.

Trama
Perché “la vita facile” è la più difficile da vivere? Non lo sa Mario Tirelli, chirurgo di fama, ricco e arrivato, che decide all’improvviso di partire per l’Africa ad aiutare il suo amico di sempre, Luca Manzi.
Non lo sa Luca Manzi, che in Africa è arrivato da anni per tirar su un ospedale, e che si è lasciato dietro tutto e anche qualcosa che non ha capito.
Soprattutto non lo sa Ginevra, la donna che hanno conosciuto insieme ma, fatalmente, è diventata moglie di Mario.
Tre amici, tre visioni opposte del mondo, tre vite facili che si sono terribilmente complicate.
L’amore non è quello che sembra, il buono non è quello che sembra, il cattivo non sembra quello che è.
