Plot
This is the story of Andrea, a captivating young woman who has been deluded by love, Luca, a single physiotherapist who pretends to be a psychologist in order to seduce her, and Carlotta and Andrea, a couple that gets distressed the night before their wedding. As a result of two accidental identity mix-ups, the lives of four characters end up intertwining and being overwhelmed by the enduring quest for the perfect love romance.

Gabriele Pignotta won at the Festival of Castrocaro as a new contender. He started writing TV programs for RAI and Mediaset with the staff of Japino-Carrà and then wrote and hosted two programs on Sky. Gabriele was also an actor on Saturday evenings on RAI UNO television with Pippo Baudo. Eventually he founded his own theatrical company and wrote and produced plays that were successfully received in all theatres. It is thanks to his professional relationship with Marco Belardi, successful film producer with Lotus, that Gabriele realized his first feature film Ti sposo ma non troppo (I’ll Marry You, but Not Too Much), based on his play of the same name. During this same year he endorsed the screenplay of Carlo Verdone’s movie Sotto una Buona Stella (Under a Good Star), a blockbuster of the season. Gabriele is presently writing Aurelio and Luigi De Laurentis’ new Christmas movie.
Trama
Il film racconta la storia di Andrea, una giovane e affascinante donna delusa dall’amore, Luca, un fisioterapista single che si finge psicologo per sedurla, e di una coppia, Carlotta e Andrea, che entra in crisi alla vigilia del matrimonio. Per un casuale doppio scambio di identità, le vite dei quattro personaggi finiranno per intrecciarsi ed essere travolte dall’eterna ricerca dell’amore perfetto. Una moderna commedia degli equivoci in cui nessuno è quello che sembra e nessuno può scegliere di non amare.
