Synopsis

David is in Naples: one of the world’s oldest inhabited cities and a treasure trove for foodies and travel junkies alike. Famous for its music, museums, and thriving arts scene, this Southern Italian city is also the birthplace of pizza and espresso as we know it, making it the perfect place for David to embark on a culinary adventure. He uncovers hidden gems in the city and explores the surrounding scenic islands of Capri, Ischia, Procida and the beautiful Sorrento Peninsula. David si trova a Napoli per una nuova puntata della sua trasmissione David Rocco’s Dolce Vita, dedicata allo street food partenopeo. È arrivato in città il sabato di Pasqua e la prima tappa è stata la pizza. Prima da Sorbillo ai Tribunali, poi da Guglielmo Vuolo e infine da Ciro Oliva da Concettina ai Tre Santi alla Sanità. Gira tra i vicoli di Napoli, Bacoli e Pozzuoli in Vespa. Il suo cicerone è un altro influencer del web in materia di food, il napoletano Egidio Cerrone. Tappe obbligate per la Pizza fritta, Maria Cacialli e La Masardona: “The ultimate Neapolitan street food!”, scrive Rocco. Poi in Vespa verso Monte di Procida per provare i panini di Mazzella.
