Winners: Danny Aiello, Giancarlo Giannini, and Franco Nero

This year the ICFF unveiled a new award, the TRILOGY AWARD that every year will go to three special cineastes that uniquely connect Italy, Hollywood and Canadian cinema through a specific film.

ICFF 2017 Trilogy Award winners are Danny Aiello, Giancarlo Giannini, and Franco Nero for the film The Neighborhood by Frank D’Angelo. The drama, action, and moral dilemmas the characters faced in this movie directed by Frank D’Angelo always keeps viewers on the edge of their seats, wanting more.

ICFF Managing Director Maurizio Magnifico, alongside Luciana Spagna (Delta Airlines) and Giovanni Celsi (RAI ITALY TV) presented this epic award to Aiello, Giannini and Nero during the closing ceremony at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
