CALL FOR SUBMISSION – SHORT FILM
ICFF opened its Short films Call for submission for the 2016 edition.
The 5th edition will take place on June 9th/19th in 7 Canadian cities, Toronto, Montreal, Québec, Hamilton and Niagara Falls, Vaughan and Mississauga.
The Italian Contemporary Film Festival is one of the most important celebrative events of the Italian culture in North America. Annually, the festival attracts thousands of attendees to screenings, industry events and galas.
The Festival presents The Best International Cinema focused on Italian and Italy-linked productions, with narrative movies, documentaries and short-films.
ICFF welcome new video for the SHORT section (Italian or Italy-linked Short films) from around the world. Submission closes on March 31st 2016.
Selected Short Films will compete for the “Best Short Award”. The official Jury, composed by prominent Canadian artists, will choose the Best Short; The Best Short Award will be a prize of CAD $1000.
The 2015 Jury was compose by: Eli Glasner, national arts correspondent for CBC, R. Bruce Elder, filmmaker and Sarah Gadon, actress.

Maximum length for the competition is 10’;
