How many movies can I select?
You can select up to 6 movies if you purchased a 6-Movie Package, or up to 10 movies if you purchased a 10-Movie Package. In both cases, you may redeem up to 2 tickets for any one screening. Tickets can be redeemed directly through our website, by phone at 416.893.3966, and at our Box Office space at 353 Adelaide St. West.
Do the movie packages have an expiration date?
The movie packages expire on the last day of the festival. Starting May 2017, you can select the movie package of your choice up until the day of the screening. You do not need to select all your movies at once. Your package is valid until you have used up all the film screenings, or until the end of the festival. We recommend that you keep track of how many tickets you have redeemed, but you can always contact our Box Office to inquire about how many movies are still available on the package.
What should I do if I want to redeem my tickets for a screening that is no longer available?
Some films are more popular than others — especially our Opening and Closing movies — and they may sell out quickly; redeem early to ensure you get a ticket! Purchasing a Movie Package does not ensure you can redeem tickets for every screening. It is important to redeem your tickets for the films you would like to attend as early as possible.
I want to see a film today, but I forgot to redeem my tickets in advance. What can I do?
You may redeem your tickets online right up until the start of the film. If tickets are no longer available online, however, you may redeem your ticket at the venue on the day of the screening, if seats are still available. Ticket availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the screening.
Can Movie Packages be used to redeem tickets for the Opening and Closing films?
Yes, the Movie Packages can be redeemed for all films in the ICFF festival. However, the Opening and the Closing movies are our most popular screening events, so we recommend you redeem those tickets well in advance. Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and although Movie Packages’ holders have a dedicated number of tickets put aside for them, those tickets are limited in quantity.
I have already redeemed my ticket but I want to bring a friend. What can I do?
If tickets are still available for purchasing, you can buy them online at the ICFF website, at the ICFF Box Office Space at 353 Adelaide Street West, or by phone at 416.893.3966. Seats are not pre-assigned at the theatre. If tickets are off sale, then you can refer to our Rush Line policy.
Can I modify my movie selection?
Yes, you may exchange your ticket until 24 hours before the screening. Contact the ICFF Box office at 416.893.3966 or email us at boxoffice@icff.ca and we will assist you.
